Above is our latest three phase 280 Ltr hot tank 6000-watt industrial ultrasonic tank, allowing us to take in large parts including 6 bank motorcycle carburettors, gear boxes, heads, fuel injectors systems and engines etc.

Ultrasonic Cleaning is achieved by a transducer which produces sound waves, this generates millions of microscopic bubbles which are directed through the cleaning solution to the item that requires cleaning."

Two or three stages that are used the customer may require the carburettor body or component to be vapour blasted first, To enhance the appearance as ultrasonic cleaning will only clean the carburettor external body to a matt finish.
Step 1: If the customer requires a factory finish we would vaporise the carburettor body first.
Step 2: Ultrasonic Cleaning, we would thoroughly degrease the carburettor first in a dip tank using commercial de-greasers, remove and place into ultrasonic tank one, once gone through its process we then put the component into a secondary ultra sonic tank, with new fluid on a low rate to get any final contaminants within the carburettor internals removed.
Step 3: Clean, rinse and air line dry ready for use.

We offer a carburettor building service of internals, only using genuine gaskets jets and o rings if required, with different sized tanks perfect for big or small projects.
