The Process
Cleaning Aluminium components and metals are achieved using water vapour blasting
and mass vibration. The combined effect of each process will provide a new as cast factory finish, with a degree of satin or matt lustre. All parts received are
fully de-greased
prior to vapour blasting and any airways are inserted into oil ways and blind spots with various plastic plugs prior to vapour blasting.
We realise you may require a certain final finish to your project, we are happy to sample test and discuss several available options. Especially on parts that need two services, possibly vapour blasting and mirror polishing.
Vapour blasting is one of the most gentle
sub straight finish, non aggressive
and safe method of restoring all parts such as alloy, phosphor bronze, stainless steel, brass copper etc.
