TR19 DUCTING / KITCHEN EXTRACT  SYSTEM

The kitchen grease extract system presents particular hazards due to the potential for the accumulation of grease, which forms a hidden combustion load.

Under certain circumstances flame or very high temperature within the duct can ignite the grease causing fire to spread rapidly through the duct

Therefore, it is of particular importance that grease extract systems are risk assessed and inspected and cleaned as required, to ensure they do not pose a major potential fire risk at any time.

This will also be a requirements of your building insurance policy.

All of our canopy and ductwork cleaning will be undertaken to TR19 standards as detailed by BESA so you know that we have worked to a defined universal standard.

All operatives are in full time employment, DBS checked and covered by our specialist insurance. Risk and Method Statements provided on all undertaken work.

NEW ROTARY BRUSH SYSTEM & 6HD VIDEO CAM RECORDER

We are now using the latest high definition robotic head with 60 metres of inspection cable which records all complex parts of the internal and high external stacks for better quality images and for insurance evidence.

The service is now STANDARD pricing and NO cost to the customer.

New latest Automatic Rotary Brush system up to 30 metres - brush sizes range from 70 mm to 1 metre.

12 brushes for different stages of the clean which enables us to reach at least 95% of the system.

We now use Foam dry sanitisers throughout the system - no mess.

DEEP KITCHEN CLEANING

Poor cleanliness could lead to pest infestations, bacterial contaminations, spread diseases and reduce the life of your equipment.

A deep kitchen clean is needed to clean hard to reach place such as ceilings, lights, ducts and extractions, walls and fittings or equipment.

Our team of specialists clean all of your surfaces and equipment, ensuring that all traces of grease and dirt are removed.

We comply with BESA and use their specification as a guideline for all of our extraction cleaning.

FILTER CLEANING

Extract filter Cleaning is carried out at our workshop.

Can be dropped off at our workshop and collected on the same day (business depending), alternatively they can be returned to your place of business.
